Ron Berardocco has been a lifeguard for over 30 years. In 1990, at age 17, Ron became one of the youngest Lifeguarding Instructors for the American Red Cross certifying over a thousand lifeguards during the past 28 years. Ron is a paramedic, certified pool operator and a certified YMCA Aquatic Facility Manager. Ron is also an Instructor-Trainer (I.T.) for the American Red Cross. As an Instructor-Trainer, Ron certifies eligible candidates as new Instructors. Ron created Lifeguard Training Associates LLC because he recognized a need for training in Lifeguarding, CPR, First Aid, AED, and Emergency Response to members of the community interested in learning these important lifesaving skills. Ron is a member of Springfield Swim Club where he also serves on the Board of Directors.
Chris has been a certified lifeguard since 1985 and has worked at the Lansdowne YMCA, Yeadon Swim Club and Clifton Heights Swim Club. He acquired his Water Safety Instructor Certification in 1989 and has been certifying lifeguards in Delaware County continuously since then. Currently he is a member of Briarcliffe Swim Club where he also serves on the Board of Directors.
